Q: What is the price for a custom artwork / wall design piece?
A: The price for your new custom piece will vary depending on the size and nature of the job. This information will be provided to you in an estimate. For more information on our process, click here. For a quote, simply fill in our form here to get started.

Q: Do you have minimums?
A: No, we do not have minimums. We are happy to help you, even if you are only after one art piece or only have one small wall that requires something special.

Q: Do you already have existing artworks that I can purchase now?
A: Of course. Both Marc & Marc are established artists and have a range of artwork available now on our shop page.

Q: If buying from the online shop, how long does delivery take?
A: Delivery from our online shop is via Australia Post and usually takes 3-6 business days. Click here for the full shop terms and conditions.

Q: How long will it take to complete my custom job?
A: That’s a great question and is usually something that is discussed in depth during consultation, as it depends on the type of project, art style, sizing etc. If you have a specific timeline for your project, please advise and we will let you know if possible.

Q: How will I know that you understand the style of work I am after?
A: Despite selecting a style of art of your project, styles at times can be broad and subjective. Our aim after the consultation is to create a fully comprehensive brief for both parties. The more information you can provide us with the better. This includes reference images, art styles you like, visual examples of what you do or don't like. 

Q: My custom project is complete and printed, how long does delivery typically take?
A: Our courier service can typically deliver Australia wide within 3-4 working days.

Q: What is the cost for delivery via courier?
A: This depends on the size and weight of your items and where exactly they are going. If delivery has been requested, a breakdown of the delivery costs will be included in your estimate.

Q: Do you send your designs/works to other countries? 
A: If you require your custom project to be printed, it may depend on the type of project, it's size etc. Please contact us for more information. We can however provide you with Digital Files (which you can then take to your printer) no matter where you are.

Q: Will my wallpaper / wall decal come in one big piece?
A: Generally wallpapers / wall decals come in multiple pieces, as this makes for the best installation process and results.

Q:  Can I install my wallpaper / wall decal myself?
A: Yes. For general "How to" information, check out this video.



Q: If I'm installing myself, how do get a smooth result with no air bubbles?
A: When installing a wallpaper or wall decal there are many factors to consider for a smooth result. We suggest starting from top to bottom.  Work your way down from the middle and slowly push your way out to the edges. Using a credit card or plastic ruler may help you achieve a smoother application and less bubbles. 

Q: Can my wallpaper / wall decal go on any wall?
A:  When selecting a position please avoid direct sunlight, any cracks in the wall, any rooms with high moisture (i.e. bathroom) and any textured surfaces (i.e. brick work, concrete). Please ensure the wall area is smooth, clean and dry before application. Freshly painted walls should be allowed to cure for 8-9 weeks before you apply your wall decal. Teflon, Silicone or Wash & Wear paints are not ideal for wall decals as these types of paints are formulated to repel anything from sticking to them. 

Q: Do you provide an installation service?   
A: Yes. Neon Pear has many experienced and trusted installation partners. 

Q: Can I use my own installer?
A: Yes. We can also provide you with the printed works to meet your installers requirements. 

Q:  Do you arrange custom framing for prints?
A: Yes. Simply contact us for framing options and pricing.

Q:  Will I own the full rights to the artwork / design (wallpaper, wall decal, prints) once the project is completed?
A: Neon Pear will still own the full rights, copyright and intellectual property of the artwork / design.
If you do require the full rights to your final artwork / design, this can be arranged and quoted for.

Q:  I have an image already, what size/resolution image is best for print?
A: Images that are large in size, high in quality and have a resolution of 300 usually work best for print.
Another factor to consider is if you require the image to be enlarged to fit your space and by how much.
Please email your image to us and we can advise if suitable for your project.

Q:  Can I use my own sourced image?
A: Yes you can. Neon Pear will happily receive and check the resolution (to ensure it meets your wall size needs) of any image you wish to use. Please be aware that you need to have a legal right to use this image. Neon Pear takes no responsibility for images supplied from a client which is in breach of copyright laws. For more information on copyright laws, head to the Australian Copyright Council website.

Q:  Are wallpapers / wall decals removable and will they damage my wall?
A: Our removable wallpapers / wall decals solutions can easily be removed and should not cause any damage to your wall.
Please contact us to discuss our many (removable and permanent) wall options.

Q:  Can I make a payment over the phone?
A: Due to security reasons, we do not accept credit card payments over the phone.
Payments are to be made via Debit Debit bank transfer.
